We want you and your things to be safe. 3. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. 4. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Fees: 1. Lost TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge 2. FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees - Every 1 hour after 11 am is an additional $80. 3. FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. 4. FEES: $31 + shipping cost to ship back any item left behind 5.
