Noise: We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. Toilet: Please avoid flushing paper towels or any solid materials down the toilet. Safety: 1. Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. 2. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. 3. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. 4. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Fees: 1. Lost TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge 2. FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees - Every 1 hour after 11 am is an additional $80. 3. FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. 4. FEES: $31 + shipping cost to ship back any item left behind 5. PLEASE do not flush anything besides tissue paper. (No paper towels, face wipes, wipes, diapers, or female products ). Violating these rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
